According to available data, Armenians reside in the following cities: Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Petah Tikva, and Bat Yam. Currently, there are no Armenians or Armenian citizens among those affected by military actions. The Armenian church in Jerusalem has not suffered any damage.
The Armenian Embassy in Israel is in constant contact with local authorities, Armenian organizations, and individuals. The embassy's hotline has been operational since October 9, and the main inquiries received so far have pertained to available flights from Israel to Armenia if needed.
It should be noted that Ben Gurion Airport is still operational, and airlines are continuing their flights. The embassy is also conducting voluntary registration for Armenian citizens wishing to return home, according to the developments of the situation.
To date, three Armenian students from the Eastern Mediterranean International School (EMIS) located in the Tel Aviv area have encountered issues regarding their return to Armenia, and the Armenian Embassy in Israel has provided the necessary support in this regard. Further information will be provided as the situation evolves,” stated the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
