Ararat Mirzoyan Will Not Attend Bishkek Meeting: Armenian Foreign Ministry on CIS Foreign Ministers Council
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed the CIS Executive Committee that the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia will represent the country at the CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting scheduled for October 12 in Bishkek. This was announced by the Foreign Ministry's spokesperson Ani Badalyan to the media.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated in an interview with RBC that Moscow intends to organize a trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan during the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Bishkek. The diplomat noted that there has already been agreement on the meeting from the Azerbaijani side.
