Armenia Ready to Sign Peace Agreement with Baku, But Has Its Red Lines: Khandanian
The Chairman of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, Sargis Khandanian, did not clarify whether a document would be signed or a statement would be adopted as a result of the upcoming five-party meeting in Granada.
In a briefing with reporters, he emphasized that Armenia has always expressed its willingness to sign a peace agreement.
