I Am Not Arrested, I Haven't Tried to Leave Artsakh: Vitaly Balasanyan
Vitaly Balasanyan, the former secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, denied the circulating information that he was arrested by the Azerbaijani side while crossing the Hakhari Bridge in an interview with Tert.am.
"I am in Artsakh, so you can write the address: Askeran city, Danielyan street 29. I am here, I haven’t even tried to leave Artsakh," he stated, reiterating that he has no intention of leaving the region.
It is noteworthy that Azerbaijani sources had publicly disseminated information regarding Balasanyan's arrest by Azerbaijani authorities near the Hakhari Bridge.
