VIDEO: 'I Was Born in Artsakh, I Will Stay in Artsakh' – Vitali Balasanyan Refuses to Leave
The former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Vitali Balasanyan, has announced that he is not planning to leave his birthplace. He made this statement in an interview with 24News.
"I was born in Artsakh, I live in Artsakh, and I will continue to live in Artsakh," he stated.
When asked what percentage of the residents of Artsakh have decided to leave their homeland due to Azerbaijani aggression, Balasanyan remarked, "Those who leave are leaving, and those who stay are staying; it's normal."
