Video: 'If there are strong international guarantees, people will return to their homes' - Artak Beglaryan
Artsakh is almost entirely deserted, with no more than a few hundred people remaining, who are also leaving. This was stated by former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan on his Telegram channel, accompanied by a video.
'Are international observers ready to check how Aliyev's genocidal regime protects animal rights and safety? If there are strong international guarantees, people will return to their homes,' wrote Beglaryan.
It is noteworthy that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh on September 19. As a result of Azerbaijan's aggression, Artsakh reported at least 200 dead and over 400 injured in just one day.
