Three Factions in Artsakh's Parliament Nominate Samvel Shahramanyan for President
All factions in the Artsakh National Assembly, except for the "United Homeland" faction led by Samvel Babayan, have nominated the newly appointed Prime Minister Samvel Shahramanyan for the position of President of the Republic of Artsakh. This information was provided to Sputnik Armenia by National Assembly member Metakse Hakobyan.
Recall that just days ago, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, announced his resignation.
