Borel Doubts That Refusing Military Aid to Ukraine Will Lead to Peace

"I do not believe that refusing military assistance to Ukraine will lead to peace," Borrell said. The EU's chief diplomat added that Europe is doing everything possible to reach a peaceful negotiation that recognizes that "there is an aggressor and there is a victim."
