Police Set Deadline for Removing Tent: Suren Sahakyan
In Mashtots Park, Suren Sahakyan and other participants of the protest have set up a tent. Sahakyan announced in a Facebook live stream that they will remain in Mashtots Park for 24 hours after setting up the tent, and citizens are welcome to come and participate in discussions.
A short while ago, he posted an update stating that the police have given a deadline for removing the installed tent. "The police have once again shown up and provided a 'reasonable' deadline for the tent's removal. Of course, this will end with the establishment of tents and the uninterrupted conduct of peaceful gatherings," Sahakyan wrote.
It is worth noting that earlier, Suren Sahakyan, Vahagn Minasian, and Haik Sahakyan were apprehended for failing to comply with a lawful order from a police officer. Reports were filed against them, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs later announced that they had been released.
