Tragic Incident in Yerevan: Body of 5-Year-Old Boy Transferred to Muratsan Children's Hospital

On August 2, a mysterious and tragic incident occurred in Yerevan. Around 5:55 PM, the body of a young boy was transported to Muratsan Children's Hospital by the emergency medical vehicle.

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, it was revealed that, as per the statements of the emergency responders and the boy's parents, approximately an hour prior to the call, the child had climbed into the driver's seat of a parked truck in the Nubarashen area and was playing inside the vehicle. He then got out of the truck, which rolled over and ran him over.

Noticing what had happened, the father brought the boy home in their car to Azatamartikneri Street. Upon arriving home, they noticed the boy had severe head wounds and skull deformation, as well as loss of consciousness. They then called for emergency medical assistance, which transported the child to Muratsan Children's Hospital.

A photojournalist reports that police officers and investigators from the Erabuini and Nubarashen investigative divisions of the Armenian Investigative Committee are currently speaking with the child's parents. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident and investigators are also determining how the child sustained the injuries.
