VIDEO: Sufficient, but Not Enough for Conducting Such Military Operations - Davit Tonoyan on the Armenian Armed Forces

The management system for peaceful conditions had its shortcomings, which we were addressing through both legal and organizational means. However, I must reiterate that issues related to defense are constantly changing. This was stated by former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan while evaluating the entire management system of the Armenian Ministry of Defense and the Armenian Armed Forces.

“This body is constantly being redefined and armed. My assessment is that it is sufficient, but not enough for conducting such military operations,” emphasized former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan.
