Video: Mother Roughly Pulls Child Out of Stroller and Runs Over Them with Bicycle in Russia

In Gorny village of Novosibirsk region, Russia, a woman brutally yanked her child from a bicycle stroller, threw them onto the ground, and then proceeded to run over them with the bicycle. This incident was reported in a group on VKontakte titled 'PE Novosibirsk.'

The event occurred in a chain of cosmetic stores and was captured on security cameras. The footage shows a woman roughly grabbing the child's hand from the stroller, forcefully pulling them out, and throwing them onto the floor, after which she rides the bicycle over the child's back.

A store employee observes the situation but does not intervene. The Novosibirsk Investigative Committee has launched an investigation to establish the identity of the mother and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
