It turns out that on July 24, family members accidentally left a small child locked inside the car and stepped away.

Fox News reports that passersby heard the child's cries and noticed that the car was closed on a hot day, prompting them to take action to rescue the child.

The bystander who filmed the incident told media that a woman crawled through the broken window to retrieve the small child. It is still unclear how long the child remained inside the vehicle.
