Azerbaijani Positions Fire at Civilian Targets Again

On July 24, a report was received from the Shoshi division of the Askeran regional police stating that around 11:20 AM, an individual identified as A. M. (born 1959) from the Gishi community of the Martuni region was conducting agricultural work with his tractor in the administrative area of Shoshi when Azerbaijani military positions opened fire on the tractor using various types of firearms.

This information was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The agricultural activities were suspended due to this breach of ceasefire. Fortunately, no one was injured. The report has been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
