VIDEO: Putin on US Supply of Cluster Munitions to Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has addressed the supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine by the United States.

“The supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine from the US should be viewed as a crime; they have always called any instance of their use a crime. The Russian Federation has not yet used cluster munitions; there has been no need for it despite a well-known shortage of ammunition for some time,” said the Russian President.

The President of the Russian Federation also stated that Russia reserves the right to undertake mirror actions if Ukraine deploys cluster munitions, adding that his country has sufficient stockpiles of various types of ammunition.
