Minister of Education and Science Addresses Possibility of Changing Armenia's Coat of Arms

Minister of Education and Science Zhanna Andreasian has addressed the possibility of changing the coat of arms of Armenia. According to her, state symbols are the face of the state, and any change must be well thought out, discussed, and understood.

“We do not reject our history and cannot do so. We just need to understand how we relate to our present. And our state symbols should also reflect our current state,” the minister stated.

Andreasian noted that specialists can find solutions to all questions. At the same time, she informed that there is currently no working process or format aimed at changing the coat of arms of Armenia.
