In the video, the enemy is preparing a mortar to fire towards our positions. This was reported by David Torosyan, the head of the NGO "For the Sake of the Armenian Soldier," on his Facebook page, along with the video itself.

“A video has surfaced in Telegram channels showing the enemy preparing a mortar to fire towards us. This is most likely related to the incident on July 7, when the Artsakh Defense Army reported that the Azerbaijani side opened fire from a mortar at agricultural machinery in Machkalashen,” he wrote.

It is noteworthy that on July 7, from 19:00 to 19:26, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire in the Martuni region by opening fire with small arms and 60 mm mortars towards a combine working in the fields of Machkalashen village.
