Defense Army Releases Statement

The statement released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense alleging that Defense Army units opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of the Republic of Artsakh, specifically in Shushi and Karvachar, between July 8 at 22:35 and July 8 at 23:10, is another piece of disinformation.

This is stated in the message released by the Defense Army.

“The claim of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense about allegedly disrupted engineering works as a result of their actions is also absolutely untrue. The false statements of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense aim to justify the regular gunfire aimed at agricultural machinery,” the statement reads.

It is also noted that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia has reported about the latest disinformation spread by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.
