The Current Situation in Artsakh Has One Responsible Party: the Unsuccessful Negotiator – Vardanyan
The former prime minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, writes:
“The current situation in Artsakh has one responsible party, and that is the unsuccessful negotiator who has no experience in governing the country or in the field of international diplomacy. The negotiation process is failing because of one person who today has unilaterally decided to hand over Artsakh without any legitimate basis. Our fundamental values and Armenian identity are being destroyed through a conciliatory and compromising policy toward the aggressor, through silent acquiescence. Manifestations of cowardice and weakness will undoubtedly provoke new aggression from Azerbaijan.”
