I Had No Idea Where My Son Was During the War, I Did Not Inquire: Pashinyan

Knowing that my son volunteered, including at my call, I didn't know where he was and I didn't inquire, for that I had a reason. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting of the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee investigating the circumstances of the 44-day war.

“I thought that if I inquired now where my son is, it means that I do not consider other soldiers to be my sons. I was not even interested in whether he was kept in a rear position, was in the frontline, whether it was dangerous or not. As the Prime Minister of Armenia and as a citizen, I prohibited myself from inquiring in any form about where my son is, or what is happening when the day ends,” Pashinyan said.
