Photos: Car Leaves Road and Overturns on Sevan-Yerevan Highway

On June 22, at 14:28, the Crisis Management Center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department received information that a car had veered off the roadway and overturned near the traffic police checkpoint in Sevan. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

“A firefighting and rescue team was dispatched to the scene from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. It was found that a ‘Daewoo’ vehicle (driver: O. E.) had left the roadway and overturned at kilometer 92 of the Ijevan-Sevan-Yerevan highway; there were no injuries reported. The rescuers secured the area, disconnected the vehicle’s battery, and closed the valve on the gas cylinder.”
