“In one case, there has been an evident baseless transition to a closed regime, a blatant violation of the judge's right to protection, in another case, a contemptuous attitude towards a judge undergoing inpatient treatment, guidance of judges reviewing the objection raised against him, and outside of the hearing, a disrespectful and cynical attitude towards journalists. From the Human Rights Defender, it’s a dive into the greatest legal executor. This is unprecedented. Truly unprecedented,” Melikyan wrote.
