Transfer of even severely ill patients from Artsakh to Yerevan has become impossible at this time. This was stated by the Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan during a briefing with reporters.
“You know that we have such serious exacerbations over time; we try to ensure that professional medical assistance is provided as much as possible through contact with doctors on the ground, but this, of course, cannot be a solution. I strongly condemn that hindering patients' access to medical assistance is against all international agreements,” Avanesyan said.
