You Talk About Values, But Our Capitals and Historical Symbols Are Today Under Ruins – Pashinyan

“As a result of listening to speeches and questions, I feel enriched and energized,” announced Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during discussions on the execution of the state budget for 2022.

He posed a question about the essence of the debate. “Should real Armenia serve historical Armenia or should historical Armenia serve real Armenia? This is the political and monumental question we must answer,” he said.

“Six out of the twelve capitals of historical Armenia are located within the territory of the Republic of Armenia. When was the last time you visited those capitals, saw their condition, and assessed what state they are in? You speak so much about traditions and values, yet our capitals and historical symbols are today under ruins,” Pashinyan emphasized.
