International Criminal Court Investigates Kakhovka Hydropower Plant Explosion: Zelensky
The International Criminal Court is investigating the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“It is very important that representatives of international justice see the consequences of this Russian terrorism firsthand. And the maximally cynical and brutal shelling of the flooded area, the evacuation zone continues,” Zelensky noted.
It is worth mentioning that both the Russian and Ukrainian sides blame each other for the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydropower Plant.
