Russian Delegation Urges OSCE to Condemn Kyiv's Assault on Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant
The head of the Russian delegation in Vienna on military security and arms control, Konstantin Gavrilov, has called on the OSCE to condemn Kyiv's actions against the Kakhovka hydropower plant.
"We urge the OSCE Secretary General, the Bulgarian presidency of the Security Cooperation Forum, and the participating states of the organization to condemn the criminal actions of the Ukrainian authorities, which are increasingly becoming inhumane and pose a serious threat to European and global security," Gavrilov stated during his speech at the plenary session of the OSCE forum on cooperation in the security sector on Wednesday.
The diplomat added that the Russian side "insists on clarifying all the circumstances of the barbaric attack on the Kakhovka HPP."
