The Prosecutor in the Serzh Sargsyan Case Has Filed for Dismissal
According to Sputnik Armenia, Arsen Martirosyan, the prosecutor in the case against Serzh Sargsyan, has submitted a request for dismissal from his position. The information has not been commented on by the Prosecutor's Office.
We had previously reported that the Deputy Prosecutor General of Armenia and the prosecutor in the case against Robert Kocharyan had also filed for dismissal.
