Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo has been hospitalized following a fall from his bicycle. This information was reported by the Belgian media outlet RTBF, referencing a statement from the Prime Minister's press service.
According to RTBF, the 47-year-old Prime Minister fell near his home in Brakel on June 3 and hit his head, resulting in a loss of consciousness. He was taken to the hospital for examination. The press service indicated that Alexander De Croo is expected to return home by the evening.
