Video: Footage from Major Accident in Saint Petersburg
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has released footage of an accident that occurred in the Frunzensky district of Saint Petersburg, where a truck veered into oncoming traffic. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a total of 13 vehicles were damaged in the incident.
Two of the injured are in serious condition and have been hospitalized. According to the truck driver, the vehicle's brakes malfunctioned. The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
