A Violation of the Ceasefire Regime Recorded in Artsakh: Russian Ministry of Defense

A violation of the ceasefire maintenance regime has been recorded in the Martakert region of Nagorno-Karabakh. This information is noted in a report from the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“There are no casualties. The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent is conducting an investigation related to this incident with both the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides,” the report states.

Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the situation around the clock at thirty observation posts to ensure adherence to the ceasefire regime. It is also reported that 292.5 tons of humanitarian aid have been delivered to Stepanakert by Russian peacekeepers’ automotive transport. It is worth recalling that Russian peacekeepers had also recorded a violation of the ceasefire regime in the Martakert region on May 30.
