Which Phones Are Vulnerable to 'Pegasus' Infections: Media Expert
'Pegasus' primarily infects Apple phones, but sometimes Android devices as well. This was stated by media expert Samvel Martirosyan during a meeting with journalists today.
He indicated that 'Pegasus' often leaves no traces; therefore, the information we currently have is only regarding iPhones, while the situation with other phones is still unclear.
'The Nokia phone from the Ministry of Defense cannot be infected; it is a piece of stone, but they are certainly not completely safe. True, they won’t be infected by 'Pegasus', but if you are speaking near the border, the enemy can fully listen,' the expert stated.
According to Martirosyan, this program is being used for the first time during wartime, which is why it has become a subject of significant discussion. It is produced in Israel, and the manufacturers are former military personnel.
Earlier, we reported that the media expert mentioned that if there were infections by Pegasus during military operations from Azerbaijan, it means that the Israeli government has officially allowed Azerbaijan to use cyber weapons in Armenia.
