Russian Foreign Ministry Accuses West of Pushing Ukraine Towards Counteroffensive
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has accused Western countries of pushing Ukraine towards a counteroffensive. He expressed his views in an interview with TASS.
According to the diplomat, the West and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are absolutely indifferent to the fate of Ukrainians. Galuzin states that they are urging Kyiv to launch a counteroffensive despite the catastrophic consequences all risks pose for the country and its residents.
He assured that the 'masters of the Kyiv regime' are determined to continue the conflict with Russia 'to the last Ukrainian.'
Additionally, Galuzin claims that the U.S. is attempting to prolong the conflict in Ukraine as much as possible, seeking to make it even bloodier. The diplomat drew attention to the noticeable increase in the supply of weapons from Washington and its NATO allies to Ukraine in recent months, including heavy tanks, artillery, and cruise missiles.
