Turkey Announces Disruption of Israeli Mossad Spy Cell Targeting Iran
Turkey's intelligence and security forces have announced in Istanbul that they have dismantled a new spy cell belonging to the Israeli Mossad, composed of 15 individuals working against Iran. This was reported by IRNA.
According to official information, a year and a half of joint intelligence and security investigations were conducted against the Israeli spy network.
The Turkish authorities have identified that the 'Mossad cell targeted a company engaged in trade relations with Iran and 23 individuals.'
“The group of 15 operated across the country and was managed by an agent named Selçuk Küçükkaya, who was trained in Europe,” the statement indicated.
Two of the detainees are Turkish citizens.
