Some countries in Central Asia are showing that they are unwilling to take risks and may refrain from joining Western sanctions against Russia, stated Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.
According to Galuzin, Russia does not dictate to anyone what foreign and domestic political course to follow, "as long as it does not contradict mutual obligations, including those regarding the CSTO, EAEU, and CIS."
