Stoltenberg Announces Departure from NATO Secretary General Position This Autumn
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has announced that he does not plan to accept an offer to continue working in the North Atlantic Alliance after his term ends in October. He made this statement at the Democratic Conference in Copenhagen, as reported by RIA Novosti.
“My only plan is to resign this autumn. I will serve two times longer than initially planned, and that is all I can say about this,” Stoltenberg stated.
