EU Ambassador: Rights and Security of Artsakh's Armenian Population Must Be Ensured
The EU Ambassador to Armenia, Andrea Victorin, stated today that the rights and security of the population in Artsakh must be guaranteed.
"This has been emphasized several times, it is the subject of discussion between Stepanakert and official Baku, and it has been highlighted not only during this meeting but also mentioned in President Michel's message, stating that the rights and security of the Armenian population of Artsakh must be ensured. I believe this also implies additional steps in the near future. There is an understanding that a international mechanism is needed. We need to work towards forming that and coordinating with all parties. Therefore, there is work to be done," she said.
