Armenia and Russia Have a Bright Future in Their Relations, Says Peskov
Armenian-Russian relations are based on deeply rooted historical ties and have a bright future ahead. Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, made this statement during a broadcast of "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin."
According to him, these relations remain as partnership-based as ever. They are special relations that are grounded in deep historical roots.
“Of course, there are certain sensitive issues. Russia is fully committed to the trilateral agreements that were signed two years ago,” added the Kremlin representative, referring to the prevailing situation in the region.
It is noteworthy that the Russian side has repeatedly emphasized the necessity of implementing the points of the trilateral statements signed by the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan within the context of resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
