Recent reports indicate that the "100" automotive manufacturing plant is on fire following the shelling in Luhansk. According to RosSMI, the plant specializes in the production of electronic equipment.

There were also reports that the son-in-law of Russian Defense Minister Shoigu, who was in Luhansk, went silent—he was recording a video not far from the site of the strike. Later on, he managed to get in touch. "I am fine," said blogger Alexey Stolyarov in an interview with Mash, confirming that he was unharmed by the explosion. He stated that he is no longer in Luhansk.

Additionally, State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatskin was injured as a result of the strike in Luhansk. This was reported by the LNR. Vodolatskin’s assistant informed RT that the injury is minor, and that the deputy is doing well.

Viktor Vodolatskin spoke on Luhansk television. It was reported that he sustained light injuries. Besides him, six children were also injured, with two requiring hospitalization.
