Samvel Babayan has urged those who wish to live in Artsakh and seek change to participate in a public gathering in Stepanakert on May 15.

As the leader of the "United Homeland" party and the head of the parliamentary second force, Babayan has called for an independent public rally titled "The People of Artsakh are the Masters of Their Destiny" scheduled for May 15 at 14:30. The event aims to publicly express a vision for resolving the current situation in Artsakh and to present demands to the authorities regarding this issue, according to the statement.
