Alen Simonian's Delegation to Travel to Minsk
The delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, led by the Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonian, will travel to the capital of Belarus, Minsk, to participate in the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

The composition of the delegation is as follows:

- Hamlet Gevorgyan – Advisor-Assistant to the Speaker of the National Assembly
- Tigran Seyranian – Head of the External Relations Division of the National Assembly Staff
- Alexander Mikityan – Head of the Protocol Division of the National Assembly Staff
- Sofia Mnatsakanyan – Chief Specialist of the International Organizations Division of the External Relations Division of the National Assembly Staff
- Eduard Karapetyan – Leading Specialist in the Visits and Protocol Arrangements Division of the National Assembly Staff
- David Hakobyan – Photographer-Operator of the Public Relations and Communication Division of the National Assembly Staff
- Hrayer Kalashyan – TV Operator of the Public Relations and Communication Division of the National Assembly Staff
The CSTO Parliamentary Assembly council meeting will take place from May 17 to 19, 2023.
It is noteworthy that the payment of per diem for the business trip is handled by the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
During the meeting, it is planned to discuss the issue of granting partner status to the Parliamentary Assembly of Belarus and Russia in the CSTO, as well as the implementation of the decisions made during the CSTO Collective Security Council session held in November and the emerging situation in the organization's area of responsibility.
In Minsk, discussions will also cover a draft declaration of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly regarding the prevention of an arms race, combating drug abuse among children and youth, and promoting a healthy lifestyle, along with other documents.
