Russia Maintains Constant Communication with Armenia and Azerbaijan: Peskov
The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, has stated that the interactions between the Russian Federation and Armenia and Azerbaijan are ongoing.
According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Moscow on Victory Day.
“We expect a restrained approach from both sides and urge them not to take actions that could lead to an escalation of tensions. We will continue our communications with Baku and Yerevan,” said the Kremlin spokesperson.
Earlier, the defense ministries of Azerbaijan and Armenia accused each other of shelling in one of the border regions.
