Video: I Do Not Believe Any Document Will Be Signed at This Stage - Vanetsyan

We do not know what the authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan are negotiating about. I do not believe that any document will be signed at this stage. This was stated by Arthur Vanetsyan, the president of the "Homeland" party, during a conversation with journalists on May 9.

"Nikol Pashinyan is doing everything, taking any steps to maintain his power. There is a risk that if a document is signed, the public will take to the streets and threaten his power. Therefore, Nikol Pashinyan is currently fulfilling the demands of the Azerbaijanis without signing any documents," he said.

The recent events in Tegh village are a vivid example of this. One day, we learned that Armenian forces had vacated the territory defended by the Armenian Armed Forces, and without any battles, Azerbaijani armed forces occupied that area. They have effectively seized the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.
