“In our view, the discussions from last week were constructive, and we believe that the delegations from Armenia and Azerbaijan have made significant progress in addressing difficult issues. The two countries have reached a principled agreement on certain conditions and have gained a better understanding of each other's perspectives. We are confident that with additional goodwill, flexibility, and compromise, it will be possible to reach an agreement,” Patel stated.
