Reports indicate that the attack on the oil refinery was executed by saboteurs.

It was previously believed that the facility had been targeted by a drone strike.

According to information available, the saboteurs have been apprehended. They attempted to escape from the scene using a pipeline.

Employees at the oil refining plant noted that the saboteurs "blew up the fifth unit with a homemade explosive."
