Peskov emphasized that Putin remains "always calm and clear in his assessments and instructions." He stated, "In this regard, nothing new has occurred."

Peskov also mentioned that there are no plans for a presidential address or an emergency meeting of the Russian Security Council following the incident, and that the schedule of the Russian leader has not changed.
