Interest in Filming in Armenia from India and the USA: Sisak Gabrielyan
“I present to your attention the draft law on amendments and changes to the law on cinematography. If I try to explain briefly and simply what new institution we are trying to implement in the law, it is about a cashback system. In film production, naturally, the film has its budget, and certain expenses are included in that budget. We are legally establishing that film producers will receive a refund of up to 20% of the money spent on expenses directly related to film production. The climatic conditions in Armenia are considered one of the best by film producers. I know there is significant interest in filming in Armenia from both India and the USA,” said MP Sisak Gabrielyan in the National Assembly. More details can be found in the video.
