Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry on Mirzoyan-Bayramov Negotiations
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, are holding a bilateral meeting in Washington. Azerbaijani media report this, citing the country’s Foreign Ministry.
The meeting is taking place at the George Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, initiated by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, according to media reports.
Earlier, it was reported that on May 1, during a meeting in Washington, D.C. involving Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, discussions were held regarding the security situation in the region and the ongoing process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
