VIDEO: "There are people living in Artsakh, not cattle" - Chairman of the Artsakh Anti-Crisis Council

During a live broadcast on his Facebook page, Tigran Petrosyan, the chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council under the President of Artsakh, announced that a meeting of the Security Council of Artsakh will take place today.

He called on the people of Artsakh to hold a nationwide protest today to "show the Russians that there are people living in Artsakh, not cattle."

Petrosyan also mentioned that the authorities have had discussions with the commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, Alexander Lentsov, who stated that he is going to Baku on Wednesday for negotiations.
