VIDEO: Azerbaijan Raises Flag on the Hakari Bridge

Azerbaijan has raised a flag on the Hakari Bridge with armed forces present. The border checkpoint is reported to be ready, as stated by a border guard colonel to Ilham Aliyev.

The Azerbaijani checkpoint located on the Hakari Bridge is now on the route leading to Artsakh, followed by a checkpoint of Azerbaijani activists at the Shushi-Karin Tak intersection.

Yesterday, the Artsakh Ministry of Health reported that due to the installation of the Azerbaijani checkpoint, the transfer of 28 patients to Armenia was postponed. Among them is a 9-year-old child with acute leukemia and a woman in the final stages of pregnancy who requires immediate cardiac surgery after giving birth, a procedure that cannot be performed in Artsakh.

Today, with the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the pregnant woman, her child, and other seriously ill patients have reached Yerevan.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijani side has closed the Hakari Bridge at the Armenia-Artsakh border.
