Video: Khachatryan Excludes Exchange of Detained Azerbaijani Servicemen

Member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction, Armen Khachatryan, has excluded the exchange of Azerbaijanis who crossed the border at this stage.

“If a crime has been committed—murder, border violation—it should be fully investigated, all circumstances should be clarified, and only then political processes should take place. It should be remembered that we also have captives in Azerbaijan. I cannot say what processes will unfold, but one thing is clear: the investigation will not cease in the prosecutor’s office and investigative bodies; the act will be qualified, and the perpetrator will be prosecuted,” he stated in a briefing with journalists.

Khachatryan also added that the actions of the Azerbaijanis who crossed the border will be qualified, and they will be prosecuted.
